Other CSR Activities

1. Minda Balgram,School,Seva Sadan & Seva Kendra

UNOMINDA is helping many children ,youth & empowering women thru various initiatives taken thru its Moga Devi Minda Charitable Trust .Various initiatives, which support the social cause are Minda Bal Gram, Moga Devi Minda Memorial School , S.L.Minda Seva Kendra etc.

2. Help in Draught Situation

UNOMINDA is helping society in tackling other social issues also e.g. draught situation in Maharashtra. Maharashtra is badly hit due to extreme draught situations.
Uno Minda, Pune team received a request from Khed Panchayat Samiti, Pune to support for this social cause.
Under this project, 800 meter length of Nala was cleared of the weeds, debris & depth was increased using JCB to store the rain water.
As a result, water level of all the five wells was maintained throughout the year & the farmers were able to reap a good harvest.
The work was done at village-Jaulke, Tal-Khed (approx.. 35 km from MIDC, Chakan) at the cost of Rs 3.5lacs.

3. Sanitation Support

UNOMINDA is helping society in improving sanitation conditions also. Total 10 toilets (5 for Ladies & 5 for Gents) were made at Sheetla Mata Mandir, Gurgaon .More than 7Lacs were spent on this project.

4. Road & Drainage Support

Road building & drain repair project was taken up by Samarth-Jyoti, Naharpur at a cost of Rs 5Lac 10000 square feet area covered with cemented lock tiles .Drains along the road repaired/remade.
Earlier :The road was normally wet due to overflow of drains & people had a great difficulty in moving from one place to another.
Now –No stoppage of water on the locktile road, even on rainy day. Ease of movement to all.

5. J&K Flood relief

Solar Lanterns 400nos (worth Rs.5Lacs) were distributed to people affected by floods at J&K

6. Support to Kanya Chhatrawas

Beds (25nos) & a Cow worth Rs 1.9Lacs given to Dudhiya Baba Kanya Chhatrawas,Pantnagar,Uttrakhand

7. Health Check Up Camp

A Health Check up was organized in collaboration with SGT Medical College & Research Centre, Budhera, Gurgaon. Two doctors-one gynecologist & one pediatrician visited . Health tips for ladies & children were given .Total 104 ladies & children got the medical advice.
